Common questions

Is 4× the same as 4K?

No. 4× is a multiplier relative to the source width and height. 4K is an HD redraw output-size tier.

Why might I need another source file?

Input limits differ by mode. Smart upscaling cannot take files over 5 MB; choose a smaller original or use HD redraw.
