Introduction to Wenxin Home Centralized Care Center: Xinhua County Wenxin Home Centralized Care Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") is a county-level specialized residential care institution exclusively for severely disabled persons, established by the Xinhua County People's Government and designated by the County Disabled Persons' Federation. The Center officially commenced operations in March 2026, strictly adhering to the standardized operational management outlined in the "Xinhua County Implementation Plan for Centralized Care of Severely Disabled Persons in Difficulties (Trial)". It was solely founded by Cao Fei, and simultaneously relies on the key support and professional guidance from superior competent authorities, the County Party Committee, the County Government, and provincial, municipal, and county disabled persons' federations, deeply cultivating the field of centralized foster care and refined care for severely disabled persons in the county
The Center is located on the fifth floor of the Xinhua County Disabled Persons' Care Service Center in Luxin Community, Fenglin Street, Xinhua County. It operates within a standardized disability assistance park with a total land area of over 6000 square meters and a building area of over 7700 square meters. The entire area is adapted with barrier-free modifications, and hardware facilities are complete and well-equipped. The park features standardized rehabilitation activity rooms, psychological counseling and emotional relaxation rooms, a nutrition canteen, and other full-chain functional venues, equipped with standardized professional care beds. Accommodation, rehabilitation, and activity areas are scientifically laid out, laying a solid hardware foundation for specialized care services.
