Questions before joining
Which orders earn commission?
Eligible purchases paid through Creem earn the default 20% commission, including subsequent payments. The referral window is 180 days. Product exceptions and agreed partner terms take precedence. Other payment channels are outside this Creem program.
What is affiliate identity verification?
Before withdrawing, the affiliate verifies their identity with Creem, usually using an ID and selfie, then adds a bank account or USDC wallet. PixMind does not collect these documents. Ordinary customers do not need affiliate verification.
When can I withdraw?
Creem currently holds commissions for 7–12 days. Once your available balance reaches $50 or €50, request a withdrawal in Creem for the next payout window on the 1st or 15th. Your portal shows the applicable schedule and requirements.
Are there withdrawal fees?
Creem currently lists bank withdrawal fees of $7/€7 or 1% of the payout, whichever is higher, and 2% for USDC. Currency conversion may cost extra. Check the fee shown in Creem before requesting a withdrawal.
How does an advanced agency partnership work?
