I. Responsibilities of the Office Director
1. Overall Planning and Management
Fully responsible for the daily operations, administrative affairs, logistics support, external liaison, and overall development of the rehabilitation center, formulating the center's work plans and management systems, ensuring the center's standardized, stable, and orderly operation.
2. Administrative Systems and Archival Management
Responsible for the implementation of center systems, document reception and dispatch, seal management, data compilation, and ledger archiving, standardizing administrative office procedures, ensuring all work is traceable and compliant.
3. Team Human Resources and Daily Management
Overall management of employee attendance, shift scheduling, onboarding and offboarding, personnel files, and logistics materials, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the team.
4. Safety Management and Risk Control
Implement the center's fire safety, venue safety, environmental safety, and daily hazard investigation work, strengthening the center's safety production defense line.
5. Parent-School Reception and Service Management
Responsible for visitor reception, parent consultation, problem coordination, and complaint handling, maintaining the center's good reputation and service image.
6. Inspection Liaison and Data Submission
Liaise with superior competent authorities, timely complete data submission, project liaison, and inspection reception work, ensuring compliant operation.
7. Logistics Support and Material Control
Overall management of venue maintenance, material inventory, consumable management, and environmental remediation, ensuring the normal conduct of the center's teaching and rehabilitation work.
8. Work Supervision and Internal Coordination
Supervise each position to implement work tasks, coordinate cooperation between departments, and improve the overall work efficiency of the center.
9. Adhere to Proactive Learning and Improvement
Actively learn administrative management, rehabilitation industry policies, and operational management knowledge, actively participate in various trainings and industry exchanges, continuously improve management capabilities, business level, and comprehensive qualities, adapting to the center's high-quality development needs.
