Responsible for the center's overall financial management, revenue and expenditure coordination, cost accounting, and accounting supervision, ensuring standardized and orderly financial operations.
2. Expense Review and Risk Control
Strictly review various reimbursement, expenditure, and procurement expenses, standardize fund utilization processes, and strictly control financial risks.
3. Financial Accounting and Report Preparation
Timely complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounting, prepare financial statements and revenue/expenditure ledgers, ensuring data is true and accurate.
4. Compliance Management of Special Funds
Strictly standardize the accounting management of special funds for disabled persons' federations, projects, and subsidies, ensuring dedicated use of funds, consistency between accounts and actuals, and auditable compliance.
5. Salary and Performance Accounting Management
Accurately calculate employee salaries, performance, and subsidies, ensuring fair, accurate, and error-free salary accounting.
6. Implementation of Financial Systems
Strictly abide by national financial laws and regulations and the center's financial management systems, standardizing financial operating procedures.
7. Financial Document Organization and Archiving
Properly organize, bind, archive, and store financial vouchers, invoices, reports, and ledgers.
8. Cost Budgeting and Operational Analysis
Effectively manage daily budgeting, cost control, and revenue/expenditure analysis, reasonably control operating costs, and support the center's stable operation.
9. Adherence to Proactive Learning and Improvement
Actively learn the latest financial policies, tax regulations, and financial norms for rehabilitation institutions, continuously refine professional skills, and enhance financial control, risk prediction, and coordination capabilities.
10. Upholding Professional Ethics
Strictly adhere to financial confidentiality systems, maintain integrity and self-discipline, be meticulous and rigorous, uphold job principles, and ensure the safety of the center's funds.
