Responsible for the settlement of cash, corporate accounts, and online account funds for the center, ensuring daily reconciliation and monthly closing, with clear accounts.
2. Compliant Processing of Expense Payments
Strictly process reimbursements, procurement payments, and daily expenses according to approval procedures. No payment without approval, no entry without invoices.
3. Fund Flow Ledger Registration
Detailed recording of daily fund inflow and outflow details, timely ledger registration, ensuring every fund transaction is traceable.
4. Timely Issuance of Employee Salaries
Accurately and timely complete the issuance of employee salaries, performance bonuses, and subsidies.
5. Proper Safekeeping of Bills and Funds
Properly safeguard cash, bills, receipts, and fund vouchers, strictly adhering to the bottom line of fund security.
6. Timely Handover of Original Vouchers
Organize original income and expenditure vouchers daily, timely hand over to accountants for bookkeeping, ensuring smooth accounting workflow.
7. Standardized Management of Petty Cash
Reasonably manage daily petty cash, standardize registration, regularly reconcile, and ensure dedicated use of funds.
8. Strict Implementation of Financial Systems
Comply with financial discipline and the center's financial systems, standardize fund operations, and eliminate financial loopholes.
9. Persist in Proactive Learning and Improvement
Proactively learn practical cashier operations, fund management, and financial compliance knowledge, proficiently master income and expenditure processes, continuously enhance meticulousness and practical business skills.
