V. PT Exercise Therapist Job Responsibilities
1. Professional Motor Function Assessment
Responsible for professional assessment and screening of children's gross motor skills, muscle strength and tone, balance and coordination, joint range of motion, and gait development.
2. Develop Individualized Rehabilitation Plans
Based on children's functional deficits, formulate scientific, suitable, and implementable individualized exercise rehabilitation plans and phased goals.
3. Conduct Standardized Rehabilitation Training
Conduct specialized rehabilitation training including gross motor, posture correction, gait training, core strength, and limb function recovery.
4. Maintain Detailed and Complete Rehabilitation Records
Conscientiously record each training session's content, children's performance, and training progress, and standardize the filling of various rehabilitation files.
5. Actively Participate in Case Discussions
Proactively participate in the center's case analysis, teaching reviews, and case discussions, and exchange rehabilitation experience.
6. Dynamically Optimize Training Plans
Timely adjust training intensity and intervention methods according to children's rehabilitation progress and ability changes.
7. Provide Effective Home-Based Rehabilitation Guidance
Patiently explain rehabilitation knowledge to parents, teach home exercise training methods, and consolidate rehabilitation effects.
8. Strictly Adhere to Safety Operation Standards
Strictly operate according to rehabilitation standard procedures, avoid training risks, and ensure children's training safety.
9. Persist in Proactive Learning and Improvement
Proactively learn cutting-edge exercise rehabilitation techniques and new knowledge in cerebral palsy and developmental delay interventions, actively participate in professional training, continuously refine rehabilitation skills, and enhance case management abilities.
