4.协助制定康复 IEP
根据评估结果，协助团队制定精准、科学、适配的个别化康复教育计划。
5.按时完成阶段复评
按期完成儿童中期、末期复评，跟踪儿童康复提升进度与变化。
6.汇总分析康复数据
整理评估数据，分析康复成效，为教学方案调整提供科学依据。
7.规范评估档案管理
做好评估报告、测评资料、发育档案的分类整理与规范归档。
8.专业解读评估结果
耐心为家长解读测评数据、发育情况、康复方向与训练重点。
9.坚持主动学习提升
主动学习各类新版评估量表、评估标准与发育测评新技术，持续提升评估精准度与专业性。

12. Appraiser Job Responsibilities
1. Comprehensive Developmental Assessment for Children
Proficiently use various standardized scales to conduct comprehensive assessments of children's motor skills, fine motor skills, language, cognition, and social interaction.
2. Objective, Fair, and Professional Assessment
Strictly operate according to assessment standards to ensure that assessment data is authentic, accurate, fair, and valid.
3. Standardized Issuance of Assessment Reports
Professionally write admission, mid-term, and graduation assessment reports, scientifically analyzing children's developmental weaknesses and potential.
4. Assist in Developing Rehabilitation IEPs
Based on assessment results, assist the team in developing precise, scientific, and adapted individualized rehabilitation education plans.
5. Timely Completion of Phased Re-assessments
Complete children's mid-term and final re-assessments on schedule, tracking the progress and changes in children's rehabilitation improvement.
6. Summarize and Analyze Rehabilitation Data
Organize assessment data, analyze rehabilitation effectiveness, and provide scientific basis for adjusting teaching plans.
7. Standardized Assessment File Management
Properly classify, organize, and standardize the archiving of assessment reports, assessment materials, and developmental files.
8. Professional Interpretation of Assessment Results
Patiently interpret assessment data, developmental status, rehabilitation direction, and training focus for parents.
