Thirteen, Responsibilities of Teaching Supervisor
1. Comprehensively control the quality of rehabilitation teaching
Fully responsible for the quality supervision and comprehensive control of the center's rehabilitation training, special education teaching, and classroom services.
2. Strictly review rehabilitation teaching plans
Review all children's IEP plans, training programs, curriculum arrangements, and phased rehabilitation goals to ensure scientific compliance.
3. Regular class patrol and inspection supervision
Conduct daily class patrols, listening to classes, and class inspections, supervising the professionalism, standardization, and safety of the classroom.
4. Coordinate team teaching and research and training
Organize and carry out case studies, teaching reviews, teacher training, and skill assessments to improve the overall level of the team.
5. Guide intervention for difficult cases
For complex and difficult rehabilitation cases, guide therapists to optimize training methods and intervention strategies.
6. Supervise the standardization of teaching ledgers
Strictly check the authenticity, completeness, and standardization of rehabilitation records, teaching ledgers, and phased summaries.
7. Optimize the center's curriculum system
Continuously improve rehabilitation courses, training standards, and service processes, and establish a standardized teaching system.
8. Comprehensively control teaching safety
Supervise classroom operation safety, training process safety, identify teaching risks, and eliminate safety hazards.
9. Adhere to proactive learning and improvement
Actively learn cutting-edge rehabilitation teaching concepts, industry standards, and supervision and management methods, continuously update professional knowledge, and enhance teaching supervision and quality management capabilities.
10. Lead the team by example
Diligently perform duties, be strict with oneself, lead the team to advance professionally, and comprehensively improve the quality of the center's rehabilitation services.
