1. Overall Coordination and Management Work

2. Administrative Systems and Archives Management
Responsible for the implementation of center systems, document reception and dispatch, seal management, data compilation, and ledger archiving, standardize administrative office procedures, and ensure all work is traceable and compliant.
3. Team Human Resources and Daily Management
Coordinate employee attendance, shift scheduling, onboarding and offboarding, personnel files, and logistics material management, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the team.
4. Safety Management and Risk Control
Implement the center's fire safety, venue safety, environmental safety, and daily hidden danger investigation work, building a strong safety production defense line for the center.
5. Parent-School Reception and Service Management
Responsible for visitor reception, parent consultation, problem coordination, and complaint handling, maintaining the center's good reputation and service image.
6. Inspection Liaison and Data Submission
Liaise with superior authorities, complete data submission, project liaison, and inspection reception work on time, ensuring compliant operation.
7. Logistics Support and Material Control
