I. Office Director Job Responsibilities
1. Overall Management and Coordination
Fully responsible for the daily operations, administrative affairs, logistics support, external liaison, and overall development of the rehabilitation center. Develop center work plans and management systems to ensure standardized, stable, and orderly operation of the center.
2. Administrative System and Archive Management
Responsible for the implementation of center policies, document reception and dispatch, seal management, data compilation, and ledger archiving. Standardize administrative office procedures to ensure all work is traceable and compliant.
3. Team Human Resources and Daily Management
Coordinate employee attendance, shift scheduling, onboarding and offboarding, personnel files, and logistics material management to ensure stable and efficient team operation.
4. Safety Management and Risk Control
Implement fire safety, venue safety, environmental safety, and daily hazard identification work for the center, building a strong safety production defense line for the center.
5. Guest Reception and Service Management
Responsible for visitor reception, parent consultations, problem coordination, and complaint handling, maintaining the center's good reputation and service image.
6. Inspection Liaison and Data Submission
Liaise with superior authorities, complete data submission, project coordination, and inspection preparation work on time to ensure compliant operations.
7. Logistics Support and Material Control
Coordinate venue maintenance, inventory management, consumable management, and environmental improvement to ensure the normal conduct of the center's teaching and rehabilitation work.
8. Work Supervision and Internal Coordination
Supervise various positions in implementing work tasks, coordinate collaboration among departments, and improve the overall work efficiency of the center.
9. Continuous Proactive Learning and Improvement
Actively learn administrative management, rehabilitation industry policies, and operational management knowledge. Actively participate in various training sessions and industry exchanges to continuously enhance management capabilities, professional skills, and comprehensive qualities, adapting to the center's high-quality development needs.
10. Professional Ethics and Leading by Example
Uphold professional integrity, self-discipline, and dedication to work. Lead by example in observing the center's rules and regulations, fostering a positive, rigorous, and harmonious work environment.
