What footage do I need to clone my avatar?
Use a clear, front-facing portrait or single-person video. Images up to 20 MB; videos up to 200 MB.
How long does avatar training take?
Training runs in the background. Check My avatars for queued, training, ready or failed status; timing depends on the material and queue.
Can my cloned avatar speak other languages?
Choose a voice and language in the voice picker. The avatar provides the appearance; speech is generated separately from your script. Clone a new voice: MP3, M4A or WAV · 10 seconds–5 minutes · up to 20 MB. Use one clear voice without music.
How is the video priced?
Speech synthesis and avatar rendering use the account's credit rules. They are separate steps; this page does not quote a fixed video price.
Do I own the videos I create?
You can download and use the videos you generate. Only upload footage you own the rights to, and download within 24 hours of rendering.
Can I clone an avatar without filming myself?
Yes. Choose a video from the avatar library. Its MP4 footage is submitted as video training material for your personal avatar.
Why can I not select a new avatar yet?
Only ready avatars can generate video. Wait for training to finish; if training fails, delete the failed avatar and try clearer material.
How do I keep my finished video?
Preview and download the result, or save it to your asset library. The provider's temporary video link expires after 24 hours.
