Wan 3.0 Prime is the accelerated Wan video model. Explore a different product reveal, tune a character scene, or test the rhythm of a reference-led shot using text, images, video and audio.

Start with the shot
One brief. Several directions worth testing.
Prime’s accelerated positioning suits iteration: keep the subject fixed, vary one creative decision, and compare the resulting takes.

Find the reveal that sells the product
Use a product photo as the visual anchor, then compare a gentle camera arc with a tighter detail reveal. First-and-last-frame input helps define where the shot starts and lands.
Prompt starter
Use my headphone photo as the first frame. Make an 8-second product reveal: the camera arcs slowly around the headphones, warm rim light moves across the matte surface, and fine mist clears to reveal the ear cups. Preserve the shape and color. Soft room ambience, no dialogue, no on-screen text.
A useful scene has a clear action and a sound cue. Describe the door opening, the character’s movement and the atmosphere together; use a reference photo when appearance matters.
Prompt starter
A woman in a mustard raincoat enters a neighborhood flower shop at rainy blue hour carrying a small paper parcel. One continuous medium-wide shot follows her through the door. Warm pendant lights, rain on the window, a soft door bell and distant street ambience. She pauses beside the flowers; no dialogue.
Use a short reference clip for stride, pacing or camera movement. Describe the subject and setting separately so a motion reference does not accidentally become a request to copy every detail.
Prompt starter
Use the reference video only for running cadence and side-tracking camera rhythm. A runner in a cobalt jacket follows a coastal curve at dawn. Natural foot contact, fabric moving in the sea breeze, warm rim light and soft wave sounds. Keep the outfit consistent; do not reproduce the reference background.
Alibaba positions Prime around accelerated generation. It does not change the need for a clear shot brief. Compare the same prompt, references and settings when choosing a route.

From a shot idea to the next take
Write the action and ending
Describe the subject, action, setting, camera and sound. Keep the first test to one coherent shot.
Choose the input that anchors the shot
Use text for a new scene, an image for the opening, two frames for endpoints, or references for identity and motion. Choose only modes shown in the generator.
Compare one change at a time
Check the credit quote, generate, then change the camera, action or sound direction for the next take. Keep the other inputs fixed.
Wan 3.0 Prime questions
What is Wan 3.0 Prime?
Wan 3.0 Prime is Alibaba Cloud’s accelerated Wan video model. Its official positioning combines higher generation speed with text, image, video and audio input for short video creation.
How does Prime differ from standard Wan 3.0?
Prime prioritizes accelerated generation. Choose it when comparing multiple shot directions is central to the job. Keep prompts, reference assets and output settings consistent when comparing it with standard Wan 3.0; no fixed speed multiplier is promised here.
Can I generate with Prime on PixMind now?
Yes. PixMind currently connects Prime through a text/image workflow with one image, and this page selects it directly. The official model also supports other input combinations; use frame, multimodal or document controls only when they are offered in your workspace.
Which reference inputs does the official model support?
The official API accepts up to 10 reference images, 5 reference videos and 5 reference audio clips. Video references together can total up to 15 seconds, and audio references have their own 15-second combined limit. PixMind exposes the controls supported by its active route.
Can I combine first/last frames with multimodal references?
Use first/last-frame mode to define the opening and ending compositions. The official API treats endpoint frames and multimodal references as separate input combinations; do not mix frame inputs with reference audio or video in the same request.
What duration and resolution does Prime support?
Official specifications list 480p, 720p and 1080p output, with clips up to 30 seconds. The generation guide supports a 2–30 second range. Select the durations, ratios and resolutions actually offered by the active PixMind model.
How do I describe sound for a scene?
The Wan 3.0 guide supports synchronized dialogue, ambience, effects and music. Describe the sound alongside the action: a door bell as the door opens, footsteps during a walk, or waves behind a coastal shot. Use the active route’s audio controls.
How many PixMind credits does Prime cost?
PixMind calculates Prime credits from the selected resolution, duration and output count. Choose these settings in the generator and check the total estimate before submitting. If a quote is unavailable, reselect Prime after the model and billing catalogs refresh; standard Wan 3.0 pricing does not apply to Prime.
What should I change if a shot ignores my direction?
Reduce the brief to one action and one camera move. Say what each reference controls, remove contradictory instructions, and give a clear ending. Compare a shorter take before adding more actions or reference assets.
Give the next take a clear direction.
Prepare a focused prompt, choose the right inputs and check Prime availability in the workspace.
